Similarly, as with any online buy understanding, some terms and conditions oversee the Refund Policy. At the point when you purchase an instructional class on HKR, you consent to our Privacy Policy, refund strategy, and Terms of Use.

- Once you have purchased the course, refund requests will not be accepted and we do not provide any refund.

For Instructor-Led Training
- Refund requests will be accepted, within 3 days of the course purchase without raising any questions.
- After the 3rd day, a refund request will not be accepted. In case of any issue, we would assign a new trainer for you or we may shift you to a new batch as per your concern. But we do not provide any refund after 3 days of purchasing the course.
- In case you wanted to postpone or cancel the Course purchased, we do not provide any refund.
- In case of double payment, or extra payment, We guarantee the refund of the extra amount within the next 7 to 10 working days.
- We, HKR Trainings reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this policy without notice. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the course due to reasons like sickness of the trainer, insufficient enrollments, or uncontrollable events.
- If we cannot form a batch within 1 to 2 weeks of your enrollment, we guarantee to refund your payment.
- In case, If we cancel the course, we guarantee to refund the fee within 7-10 working days.
- After the commencement of the sessions, No refund will be done, in case you are not attending the course.
- Any dispute or difference raised between the parties at any time shall be subjected to jurisdiction of Courts of Hyderabad(Telangana), India.
