Insufficient Access Rights On Cross Reference Id


What may be the possible cause of the error insufficient access rights on cross reference id salesforce?

Create the record first, update the record with a new OwnerId in a separate call.
Correction of the record type Id.
Adding the profile access to the user record type.
Adding the record type to the user profile.
