An Unhandled Fault Has Occurred In This Flow

How to resolve the error an unhandled fault has occurred in this flow salesforce?I am trying to change cases owner to the queue can anyone help me?

You are receiving this error as you are referencing the profile of the owner ID plus Queue cannot own a profile id. You need to place a check if that owner is not queue later only perform the process builder. Below will be the formula that you will need to use.


LEFT([Case].OwnerId) <> '00G'
