There are four different phases in the RPA life cycle. They are listed below:

1. Analysis: The first phase in the Robotic Process Automation is the Analysis phase. In the Analysis phase, it is the responsibility of the RPA architects and the business teams to work together to gain an understanding of the business process for RPA development.

2. Bot Development: The RPA developer or the team is responsible to start working on the requirements to develop a distinct development environment.

3. Testing: Some of the organizations maintain different testing teams or a separate testing team which is responsible for performing dedicated quality-assured testing like the normal SDLC flow.

4. Development and Maintenance: Once the development and testing is done, the bot is now ready for distribution and enters into the maintenance phase.
