Netsuite woes: Is there decent reference anywhere?

As a Netsuite employee, I have been working on Netsuite for years. And by this time, I would say that there are no internal references other than the dev docs that are published in the pdf documents. NS User Groups is one of the best places which holds the snippets of code and also provides information on how to handle things. Most of the things are done on a trial and error basis. As an individual who has hands-on expertise, I would say developing the web services seems to be a frustrating job when compared to the client and server-side scripting.
