You will need to follow the below set of steps to show the popup after login into your Netsuite account.



You will need to create a suitelet script -> Login script with pageInit() in the clientscript action that comes up with an alert message.
Navigare to the below options.
Setup-> Company -> General Preference.


Under the Centers tab, add the appropriate URL of the Login script and save the preferences.


You can also add different messages to different centers that is based on the roles available in the account.
