How to determine the correct kernel function?

I am trying to make a kind of image classification by using the Support Vector Machine. There are the kernel, gamma, and C functions. My question is how I can decide the correct kernel, gamma, and C parameters for this kind of classification.

You will be able to detect the correct Kernel function based on the dataset. The primary step to be done is feature engineering in the dataset. Once you are done, you can decide the model that has to be used.
