BPM refers to Business Process Management. BPM is the process that will help you analyze the organization. It gives us an idea about how the company works on creating, editing, and analyzing the predictable processes that would help in delivering business needs. Hence, Business Process Management is referred to as an organizational discipline that is responsible to keep an eye on the business activities and processes in total and also as an individual activity. It helps in analyzing the current state and also identifies the improvements to create an organization that works efficiently and effectively.

The management of the business processes includes the following:

Correcting and giving improvement ideas with respect to the processes through automation.
