Ans: Cross database join is one of the new features available in Tableau which is responsible for providing cross data between the different sources in a much faster way and does not require any technical knowledge. In simple terms, a cross database allows you to join the data from two different types of databases. The Tableau cross database join will help you in saving the money , allowing you to perform the tasks easily that require the involvement of the IT resources , specifically during the creation of the project that requires data extraction from the IT team  from the different databases and the consolidate the same into a single database.
